Sunday Sermon Series
The time has come... ADVENT
Advent derives from the Latin word adventus, meaning “coming” or “arrival.” This season of expectation finds its roots in early Christian practice, set aside as a time to prepare for both the celebration of Christ’s birth and the anticipation of His glorious return. Just as the prophets foretold the coming Messiah, the church now pauses to honor that fulfilled promise in Christ and looks ahead to His future return.
Start Date: December 1st, 2024

EXPEDITION CHURCH + FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY
We’ve repeatedly seen that child sponsorship is one of the most successful ways for children, families, and entire communities to rise up out of poverty. That’s why Expedition Church has chosen to partner with FH to sponsor children in Ixconlaj, Guatemala. Your sponsorship provides resources such as clean water, values training, equal educational opportunities to girls and boys, vocational training, and leadership development in the midst of unimaginable hardships. Most of all, through your letters and monthly support, you’ll give each child the gift of HOPE. Hope for the future transforms lives and entire communities! Our hope is that Expedition Church will soon be able to travel and meet their sponsored children, building mutually transformative relationships.
