Family Matters - Week 1

Every family has a center. Something sets the direction of the home, shapes its priorities, fills its calendar, guides its spending, and dominates its conversations. That center may be success, financial security, education, sports, comfort, or even the desire to keep everyone happy. None of those things are necessarily wrong, but good things make terrible centers. They were never designed to carry the weight of an entire family. Whatever occupies the center of our homes will eventually shape everyone living within them.
